The MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL are virtue-signaling left-wing politics due to the ‘Big 4’ representing cities. While the NBA and NFL have a history of allegations of rigging their leagues, that is not the case for MLB and the NHL.
But it is MLB’s woke move in 2021, that baseball’s ability to fix itself makes MLB have egg on its’ face.

However, the game was pushed back to this year due to COVID-19. Now the Yankees and White Sox are over by the ‘Field of Dreams’ Set, to play the first of a 3-game series, which will conclude over at Guaranteed Rate Field beginning on Saturday.
Major League Baseball is having this game played on this movie set, because of the 30th Anniversary of the Universal Pictures/Kevin Costner Movie about Ray Kinsella (Costner) building a baseball diamond in his cornfield due to a voice telling him to build it. As well as it is the 100th Anniversary of the Black Sox Scandal, to which they were in the movie, including ‘Shoeless’ Joe Jackson. As for tonight’s game. This is a possible American League Postseason game, between a Yankees team trying to chase their arch-nemesis Boston Red Sox for the 2nd AL Wild Card. Against a White Sox team, who has a substantial lead in their division and has their sights set on home-field throughout the Postseason. Yankees looked like a team who was going to be sellers at the trading deadline. But were buyers of left-handed power hitters of Anthony Rizzo and Joey Gallo.
