Over the last couple of years, my sports blog has been saved by the born again combat sport of bare knuckle boxing. In the United States, it is popular from a league that call themselves Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. It has been in states like Wyoming, Florida, and Kansas. Tonight, BKFC will head to one their favorite states to host their events Mississippi. This BKFC Fight Night is known as Fight Night Jackson. And tonight, Philadelphia-Based promotion is main eventing their first ever Welterweight Championship Bout. It is a rematch between Elvin Brito and Kaleb Harris. In the first scrap Brito defeated Harris by split decision. And now, they will be fighting for the first ever reign as BKFC Welterweight Champion. Also, on the Card is Bobo O’Bannon in the Co-Main Event, taking on Alan Belcher in a heavyweight bout. But before that Quentin Henry is in a cruiserweight tilt, takes Chris Sarro. Finally, how can I do a combat sport event without talking about a couple of fights involving Chicagoland, Southern Illinois, or Northwest Indiana natives. Lockport’s Rob Morrow will take on Teddy Webster in a light heavyweight scrap. While Springfield’s Jeremiah Riggs takes on Eric Thompson in a Middleweight Fight.
