Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on Professional Ice Hockey’. Tonight, it is an American Hockey League game, between the Milwaukee Admirals (Nashville AHL Affiliate) and the Rockford IceHogs (Chicago Blackhawks Affiliate).
 
Admirals (45-21-1-1, 92 points). have wrapped up the Central Division. They are fighting with Coachella Valley for the Bud Poile Trophy. A loss and a win for the Firebirds and Coachella Valley will have home-ice advantage throughout the Western Conference portion of the Calder Cup Playoffs.
 
For the IceHogs (36-25-5-2, 78 points), they are fighting for home-ice advantage in their soon-to-be Calder Cup Playoff Series against the Grand Rapids Griffins. A win will keep them in pace with the Detroit Red Wings Affiliate.
 
Admirals won last night’s game at the IceHogs, thanks to Phil Tomasino scoring a couple of goals.
 
It is the Milwaukee Admirals and the Rockford IceHogs, coming up shortly.

Final Thoughts:
IceHogs opened up the scoring from a goal by Mike Hardman. Admirals tied the game with a goal by Tomasino. But Rockford scored 2 unanswererd goals, to seal the victory. 

For the Admirals, they didn't play great. But they are trying to get ready for the 2024 Calder Cup Playoffs. 

Milwaukee will host Manitoba, on Wednesday Night. While the IceHogs will host Chicago Wolves on Friday Night.
