Hello, and welcome to a special edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on Professional Football’. Tonight, it is Super Bowl LIX. Between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Chiefs are going for a Super Bowl Championship for the third consecutive year. A feat that has never happened in the Super Bowl Era. For that to happen, they must defeat the Eagles, whom they defeated in Super Bowl LVII.

For the Eagles, they have a rematch against the Chiefs. But this time they have Saquon Barkley. Barkley led the NFL in rushing with a 2000-yard season. Philly is going to need Jalen Hurts, Davontae Smith, and AJ Brown to light up the Superdome with a passing attack to match or better Patrick Mahomes.

Mahomes leads the Chiefs in passing. Kansas City is led by Kareem Hunt in rushing. While Travis Kelce leads the 4-Time Super Bowl Champ in receiving.

As for Philly, they are led by Jalen Hurts in passing. Saquon Barkley leads the Eagles in rushing. While AJ Brown leads the Super Bowl LII Champions in receiving.

It is the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles, In Super Bowl LIX. The Super Bowl LVII rematch will begin shortly.

Live-Blogging Shish on Professional Football: Super Bowl LVII-Kansas City Chiefs at Philadelphia Eagles

Hello, and welcome to another edition of ‘Live-Blogging Shish on Professional Football’. Tonight, it is the 57th edition of the National Football League’s AFC-NFC World Championship Game (aka Super Bowl LVII). In Super Bowl LVII it will be Patrick Mahomes Kansas City Chiefs taking on Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles.

There are some story lines going on with this game. There is the first Super Bowl with 2 Quarterbacks who are Americans of African Descent facing against each other. Another story line is the Kelce Brothers facing each other in this Super Bowl. And the other story line is Chiefs Head Coach Andy Reid facing his former team who he coached in the 2000s, the Philadelphia Eagles.

This game will also feature the first Super Bowl Matchup involving two #1 Seeds since 2018, according to Fox Sports App. That game also involved the Eagles. As they defeated the Patriots in Super Bowl LII for Philly’s lone Super Bowl Championship.

Chiefs got here by defeating the Jacksonville Jaguars and Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC side of the NFL Playoffs. While the Eagles routed the Giants and 49ers to make their way to the Super Bowl on the NFC side.

The Eagles game plan is simple. They need to control the line of scrimmage. As they are one of the league leaders in sacks. They also would like to establish the running game with Jalen Hurts and their depth at the running back position.

For the Chiefs, they need to protect Patrick Mahomes and make this a game between Mahomes and Hurts’ ability to throw the football. On Defense, Chris Jones and the Chiefs Defensive Line need to figure out how to force Hurts to throw the football. If they can keep him in the Eagles pocket, they could get to him.

It is Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, in Super Bowl LVII. The game will begin shortly.
